The purpose of this scheme is to strengthen investment projects in the areas of the Territorial Fair Transition Plans (ESDIM) that accompany the Just Development Transition Plan (PDAM), in order to enable these areas to face the social, occupational, economic and environmental implications of the transition to a climate-neutral economy and to achieve balanced and sustainable development.
